Providing fraudulent details, fake names, or invalid mobile numbers constitutes a breach of terms and may lead to immediate account suspension or order cancellation.

2. Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Accuracy

• Visual Accuracy: We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible on the marketplace. However, because the actual colors you see depend completely on your smartphone or computer screen calibration, we cannot guarantee that your display will be 100% exact.
• Price Modification: Prices for all our products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability. In the rare event that a system glitch causes a major price error on a product you ordered, O2 Kart reserves the right to cancel the order, notify you immediately, and initiate a 100% full refund to your source account.

3. Order Acceptance, Restrictions, and Rejection

We reserve the direct right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed by a customer. Orders may be canceled or flagged under the following circumstances:

• Non-serviceable delivery pin codes or logistics limitations faced by our third-party domestic shipping partners.

All digital assets and content included on o2kart.in—such as custom website graphics, official brand logos, text banners, button icons, product descriptions, photography, data compilations, software codes, and layouts—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tribhuvan Group / O2 Kart. This content is fully protected by the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, Trademark Rules, and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Website Misuse

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform or its content:

Any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts arising directly out of your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Katihar, Bihar, India.
